Strain Description

Dirty Taxi was bred by Top Dawg Seeds, crossing GMO (Garlic Cookies) with Chem I-95. GMO contributes its signature garlic, mushroom, and onion pungency along with a heavy, resinous structure, while Chem I-95, rooted in the legendary Chemdog lineage, brings a sharp, fuel-forward diesel edge and added potency.

Dirty Taxi Strain at a Glance

Dirty Taxi is a sativa-dominant hybrid, typically around 70% sativa and 30% indica, with THC levels commonly ranging from 25% to 28% depending on the phenotype and cultivator. Its dominant terpenes include caryophyllene, myrcene, and limonene, contributing to a pungent aroma of diesel, garlic, and earth with a sharp citrus and pepper edge. Reported effects include an energizing, motivating lift paired with mental clarity and gradual physical calm.

A Closer Look at Dirty Taxi Strain

THC on Dirty Taxi ranges between 25% and 28%, with some batches pushing as high as 30%. The buds grow dense with a spear-shaped structure and heavy calyx stacking, showing saturated olive-green tones with darker purple accents that emerge under cooler growing temperatures, all coated in a thick, greasy layer of trichomes.

Caryophyllene brings a spicy, peppery backbone to the aroma, myrcene adds an earthy, musky depth reminiscent of its GMO parent, and limonene cuts through with a citrus brightness that plays off the sharper diesel notes from the Chem I-95 side.

Most people describe the high as opening with a rush of focused, motivating energy well suited to daytime activity, before a gentler physical relaxation eventually settles in. How quickly and how strongly that unfolds depends on things like tolerance, dosage, and method of consumption.
