Gelato 33 was bred by Cookie Fam Genetics, crossing Sunset Sherbet with Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies. The "33" in its name comes from this particular phenotype standing out during the original breeding process, distinguishing it from the many other numbered Gelato cuts that share the same genetic base. Sunset Sherbet brings a fruity, berry-forward sweetness, while Thin Mint GSC contributes earthy depth and a sharper, more herbal edge.
