A team of connoisseurs who value quality and flavor over everything. Exotic Matter’s mission is to find, share, create and preserve the rarest and most unique cannabis strains. The Exotic Matter Strain Library currently has over 100 genetic varieties, with our longest held strain having been cultivated by us since 2009.

Exotic Matter cannabis brand started in a Michigan pole barn back in 2009, when founder Jesse Rose and a small crew of friends began growing medical cannabis out of an obsession with genetics and quality.

Sixteen years and a lot of closets, apartments, and warehouses later, Exotic Matter has become one of Michigan's most respected small-scale cultivators, known for an intentionally limited approach that most brands in the state don't bother with.

The product lineup includes fresh-frozen live rosin concentrates and small-batch flower split up into two collections: Candy World, built around candy-leaning genetics like Blueberry Z, Cali Red Runtz, and Lemon Cherry Runtz, and Exclusives, reserved for rarer, harder-to-source cuts.
